Fitness doesn’t need to be monotonous, unengaging or serious. We feel that if you enjoy what you do, you’ll stick to it for longer. We pride ourselves on creating a fun and positive atmosphere that creates real results, for the average person. We’re the gym that’s not a gym.

Weight Loss Specialists

We’re the weight loss specialists. Over the past few years we’ve helped hundreds of people lose a stack of fat without fad diets, ‘quick fixes’ or lies to sell overpriced products. If you’re looking to make a positive change, we’re probably the right fit for you!

Most of our staff have gone through their own weight loss journeys themselves so we know exactly what you’re going through! We feel this is a very important aspect of the journey. 

Our Classes

Our classes are designed to get you to your goal FAST. Go through your paces in our Strength and Conditioning classes, get the blood pumping with some Boxing or rest and revitalise with our mobilize class. You don’t need to be an athlete to do our classes, just a bit of elbow grease and a good attitude!
